SoltPK FAQ – Every Question Pakistani Players Ask

You must be 18 years or older to create a soltpk account. Your date of birth is recorded at registration and soltpk may request CNIC verification at any point. Accounts that are found to belong to players under 18 are closed immediately, balances forfeited and the matter handled according to platform policy.

No. Each person is allowed one soltpk account. Creating duplicate accounts is a breach of the Terms and Conditions and will result in all linked accounts being permanently closed. If you've lost access to an existing account, contact support@soltpk.ws with your CNIC details and the team will help you recover it. Never register a second account to get around a restriction.

Go to soltpk.ws/login and click Forgot Password? Enter your registered mobile number or email address. You'll receive a reset link by SMS or email. Follow the link and set a new password. If you've lost access to both your mobile number and email, contact support@soltpk.ws with your name and CNIC for manual identity verification.

Log in to your soltpk account, go to Account Settings, and select Profile. You can update your email address directly. To change your registered mobile number, a security verification step is required – you'll need to confirm your current number first. If you no longer have access to your old number, contact support@soltpk.ws and provide CNIC details for manual verification.

Yes. If you want to permanently close your soltpk account, contact support@soltpk.ws from your registered email address. Any remaining real-money PKR balance will be refunded to your registered withdrawal method before closure. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements are forfeited. Account closure is distinct from self-exclusion – see the Responsible Gaming page for self-exclusion details.

SoltPK supports all major Pakistani payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer (all major Pakistani banks), and Visa/Mastercard (Pakistani-issued debit and credit cards). All transactions are in PKR. There are no foreign currency conversions and no hidden processing fees charged by soltpk on deposits.

The minimum deposit on soltpk is Rs 500. This applies to all payment methods. There is no maximum deposit limit set by soltpk by default, though some payment providers may have their own transaction limits. You can also set your own daily, weekly or monthly deposit limit from your account's Responsible Gaming settings.

Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits typically appear in your soltpk balance within 30 seconds of confirmation. NayaPay and SadaPay deposits process within 1–2 minutes. IBFT bank transfers usually credit within a few minutes during standard banking hours. Card deposits depend on your bank's processing speed but are generally instant or near-instant. If a deposit hasn't appeared after 15 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference.

The minimum withdrawal at soltpk is Rs 200. You can withdraw to any of the same methods you used to deposit. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. IBFT withdrawals to your Pakistani bank account are usually completed within two hours. Your first withdrawal will require a quick KYC check – just a clear copy of your CNIC.

For your first withdrawal, soltpk requires a copy of your CNIC (front and back). Upload it through Account Settings → Verification. Once your identity is verified, all future withdrawals are processed automatically without any additional document checks. Verification is standard procedure and protects you from unauthorised withdrawals.

If your soltpk withdrawal has been pending for more than 4 hours, first check that your KYC verification is complete and that the withdrawal details (account number, mobile wallet number) match your registered payment details exactly. If everything looks correct, email support@soltpk.ws with your registered mobile number and the withdrawal amount and date. Our team will investigate and resolve it within a few hours.

Log in to your soltpk account and go to the Cricket Betting section. You'll find pre-match and live in-play markets for PSL, international T20s, ODIs and Test matches. Click a match to see the available markets – match winner, top scorer, total runs, fall of wicket and many more. Select your bet, enter your PKR stake amount, and confirm. Live betting odds update ball by ball during the match.

The minimum single bet on soltpk sports markets is Rs 50. For accumulator (combo) bets the minimum stake is also Rs 50. There is no set maximum win limit per bet, though soltpk reserves the right to limit stakes on individual markets at its discretion. VIP members at higher tiers typically have access to increased bet limits.

Yes. SoltPK's cash out feature is available on selected live and pre-match betting markets. When a cash out option is available on your bet, you'll see a Cash Out button on your open bets slip showing the current value. Accepting cash out settles your bet immediately at the displayed PKR amount. Not all markets offer cash out – availability depends on the sport, event and market type.

SoltPK's Football Betting section covers all major international leagues including the English Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League and international fixtures. Markets include match result, both teams to score, over/under goals, Asian handicap, correct score, first goalscorer and more. Live in-play betting is available throughout each match.

If a cricket match on soltpk is abandoned or severely affected by weather before meeting the minimum overs requirement for a result, your pre-match bets will be voided and your full PKR stake returned to your account balance. For in-play bets placed after the match started, settlement depends on whether the relevant market had already been determined at the time of abandonment. Andar Bahar is a simple card game popular across Pakistan. On soltpk's Andar Bahar tables, a live dealer draws one card (the Joker card) face-up in the centre. You bet on whether the matching card will appear on the Andar (left) or Bahar (right) side. Cards are dealt alternately until a match is found. The game takes about 30–90 seconds per round. Minimum bet is Rs 50.

On soltpk's Baccarat tables, you bet on one of three outcomes before the cards are dealt: Player wins, Banker wins, or Tie. The live dealer deals two cards to both Player and Banker hands. The hand closest to 9 wins. You don't need any complex strategy – simply choose your bet, confirm your PKR stake and watch the result. Banker bets typically have a 5% commission deducted from winnings.

A wagering requirement means you need to bet your bonus amount a set number of times before you can withdraw the bonus funds as real PKR. For example, a bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means if you received a Rs 1,000 bonus, you need to place Rs 10,000 in total bets before that bonus converts to withdrawable cash. Your bonus wallet in your soltpk account shows a live wagering progress tracker so you always know exactly how far you've come.

Yes. If a bonus expires before its wagering requirement is met, the remaining bonus funds are automatically forfeited. Your real-money PKR balance is not affected – only the bonus funds are removed. Each bonus shows its expiry date in your soltpk bonus wallet. If you believe a bonus was removed in error, contact support@soltpk.ws within 48 hours and the team will review the account history.

Every PKR you wager on soltpk – on sports betting, live casino, Andar Bahar, Baccarat or card games – earns Loyalty Points automatically. Points accumulate and push you through VIP tiers. Higher tiers unlock better rewards: weekly cashback in PKR, free bets, exclusive reload bonuses, faster withdrawal processing and, at the top tiers, a dedicated account manager. VIP players who qualify for cashback receive a percentage of their net sports betting losses back as real PKR, credited to their account each week. The exact cashback percentage depends on your current VIP tier – higher tiers receive a larger percentage back. VIP tiers are reviewed periodically based on your wagering activity over a rolling period. If your activity drops significantly below the threshold for your current tier, soltpk may adjust your tier at the next review date. You will be notified before any downgrade takes effect. Yes. SoltPK uses TLS 1.3 encryption on all connections between your device and our servers – the same standard used by banks. Passwords are stored as salted cryptographic hashes; no soltpk staff member can ever see your actual password. We offer two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP for additional login protection. We also monitor accounts for unusual activity and alert registered players by SMS when their account is accessed from an unfamiliar device or location.

Log in to your soltpk account, go to Account Settings, and select Security. Tap Enable Two-Factor Authentication and follow the steps to link your registered Pakistani mobile number. Once enabled, every future login will require both your password and a one-time OTP sent to your phone. Strongly recommended – especially if you use soltpk on a shared device or a public Wi-Fi network.

SoltPK collects only the information necessary to operate your account, verify your identity and process PKR transactions. Your data is never sold to third parties. You can request a copy of your personal data or ask for it to be deleted by contacting support@soltpk.ws.

Act immediately: change your password using the Forgot Password option on the login page, then email support@soltpk.ws with your registered mobile number and a brief description of what happened. Our security team will investigate, temporarily lock your account if necessary, and help you regain full secure control. Also enable 2FA once you're back in to prevent this from happening again.

Go to Account Settings and select Responsible Gaming. From there you can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits in PKR. Reductions take effect immediately. Increases require a 24-hour waiting period before they activate – this is intentional and designed to give you time to reconsider. You can also set loss limits and session time reminders from the same menu. All tools are free and available to every soltpk player.

Use the Cooling-Off Period feature in Account Settings → Responsible Gaming → Take a Break. Choose your duration (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days or 90 days). During this period you cannot deposit, bet or access live games. The cooling-off period cannot be shortened once activated but your account reopens automatically at the end. If you need a longer break, consider self-exclusion instead.

Self-exclusion permanently closes your soltpk account for a minimum of 12 months. To activate it, email support@soltpk.ws from your registered email address requesting self-exclusion. Any remaining real-money PKR balance is returned to your registered withdrawal method. Once activated, soltpk will not reopen your account during the exclusion period regardless of circumstances.
