SoltPK Terms and Conditions – Know the Rules Before You Play

1 Introduction

Welcome to SoltPK ("soltpk", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you", "the player", "the user") and soltpk regarding your use of the soltpk website located at soltpk.ws and all associated services, games, betting markets, promotions, live casino features and any other products made available through the platform.

Soltpk is an online betting and gaming platform designed specifically for players based in Pakistan. All services are offered in Pakistani rupees (PKR). By accessing the soltpk website, registering an account, making a deposit or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and that you agree to be bound by them unconditionally.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use soltpk's services. Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. We recommend checking this page periodically.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use soltpk. We take age verification seriously. Soltpk reserves the right to request proof of age at any point and to suspend or permanently close any account where the player cannot demonstrate that they meet the minimum age requirement. Any winnings accumulated on an account that is later found to belong to an underage player will be forfeited.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

SoltPK's services are intended for players located in Pakistan. By registering, you confirm that you are accessing soltpk from a location where doing so is not prohibited by any applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to verify that your use of soltpk is lawful in your jurisdiction. Soltpk accepts no liability if you use the platform in breach of local laws.

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each player may hold only one registered account on soltpk. Creating multiple accounts – whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method or the same IP address – is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals.

2.4 Accurate Registration Information

When registering on soltpk, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information including your full name, date of birth, and contact details. You are responsible for keeping this information current. Providing false registration information – including a fictitious identity or someone else's details – is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

2.5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your soltpk login credentials. Soltpk will not be held responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact soltpk support immediately at support@soltpk.ws.

3 Account Responsibilities

As a registered player on soltpk, you accept full responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account. This includes all bets placed, deposits made, bonuses claimed, and withdrawals requested, regardless of whether you personally initiated those actions.

You agree to:

• Use soltpk's services for personal entertainment only, not for any commercial purpose.
• Not allow any third party to access or operate your account.
• Notify soltpk promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
• Keep your contact details, payment methods and identity information accurate and up to date.
• Comply with all applicable laws in Pakistan when using soltpk's services.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Currency

All deposits, bets, game stakes, bonuses, winnings and withdrawals on soltpk are conducted in Pakistani rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied by soltpk. Your balance always reflects PKR amounts.

4.2 Accepted Deposit Methods

SoltPK accepts deposits via the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. The minimum deposit is Rs 500. Soltpk reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests to Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. IBFT bank transfers are typically completed within two hours. Soltpk does not charge fees on withdrawals from its end; however, your bank or wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200.

4.4 Withdrawal Eligibility

Funds deposited as real money (not bonus credit) are withdrawable at any time subject to KYC verification being complete. Bonus-derived funds are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the relevant promotion's terms. Soltpk reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing where additional verification is required or where there is suspected fraudulent activity on an account.

4.5 Declined Transactions

Soltpk is not liable for any transaction failures caused by your bank, mobile wallet provider, or network. If a deposit does not credit to your soltpk balance within 30 minutes, contact soltpk support with your transaction reference number for investigation.

5 Betting Rules

5.1 Placement of Bets

A bet placed on soltpk is considered final once you have confirmed it and received a bet reference number. It is your responsibility to review your bet slip carefully before confirming. Soltpk will not reverse or amend a correctly placed bet due to a player's change of mind.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum stakes and maximum payout limits vary by market and competition. The minimum stake for most soltpk betting markets is Rs 50. Maximum limits are displayed within the bet slip at the time of placing your bet. Soltpk reserves the right to limit or refuse bets at its sole discretion without providing a reason.

5.3 Voided Bets

Soltpk reserves the right to void a bet if: the event is cancelled or abandoned; a pricing error has occurred; relevant information that would have materially affected the odds was unavailable at the time of pricing; or if evidence of match manipulation is identified. In the event of a void, stakes are returned to the player's balance in full.

5.4 In-Play Betting

In-play bets on soltpk are accepted subject to market availability and connection stability. Soltpk operates a short delay on live odds to ensure pricing integrity. In-play bets accepted in error – for example, placed after an event that has already been determined – may be voided at soltpk's discretion.

5.5 Accumulator Bets

For accumulator bets on soltpk, if one or more selections are voided, the accumulator is recalculated with the remaining selections. Accumulator insurance promotions are governed by the terms stated in the relevant promotion, available on the Promotions page.

6 Casino & Live Games

All casino and live dealer games available on soltpk – including Andar Bahar, Baccarat, and card games – are operated according to the rules published on each game's dedicated page. By playing a game on soltpk, you confirm that you understand and accept the relevant game rules.

Soltpk's RNG games are independently certified for fairness and return-to-player (RTP) rates. Live dealer games are streamed by professional dealers operating under verified protocols. In the event of a technical disruption to a live game mid-round, soltpk's policy is to void the affected round and return stakes to players.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by soltpk are subject to specific terms published on the Promotions page. In addition to promotion-specific terms, the following general conditions apply to all bonuses on soltpk:

• Bonuses are available to verified accounts only. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may have bonus withdrawals withheld pending verification.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, household, IP address, device and payment method.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated on the relevant promotion. Expired bonus credit is removed without compensation.
• Soltpk reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer or amend its terms at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse – including opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus or exploiting promotional mechanics in a way not intended by soltpk – will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in account closure.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses on soltpk are subject to wagering requirements ("playthrough") before bonus-derived funds become withdrawable. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated clearly on its promotion page. Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount and, where stated, the deposit amount. Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements – check the individual promotion for contribution rates by game category.

7.3 Free Bets

Free bets awarded by soltpk are non-withdrawable and must be used within the stated validity period. Free bet stakes are not returned with winnings – only net profit from a winning free bet is credited to your balance as bonus or real-money credit, as specified in the promotion.

8 VIP Club

SoltPK's VIP Club rewards players for their activity on the platform through a points-based loyalty programme. Participation in the VIP Club is subject to the following:

• Loyalty Points are earned on real-money wagers only. Bets placed with bonus credit do not accumulate Loyalty Points unless specifically stated in a promotion.
• Loyalty Points are non-transferable between accounts and cannot be exchanged for cash directly – they are redeemable for real PKR cashback or free bets as published in the VIP Club tier schedule.
• Soltpk reserves the right to modify VIP tier thresholds, point values, benefit structures and the VIP Club programme as a whole at any time. Players will be notified of material changes via the account dashboard or the VIP Club page.
• VIP status may be reviewed periodically. Accounts found to be engaging in prohibited conduct may have VIP privileges suspended or revoked without compensation.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on soltpk and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances including pending withdrawals:

• Opening multiple accounts (multi-accounting) to exploit bonuses or circumvent restrictions.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or algorithms to place bets or interact with soltpk's platform.
• Colluding with other players, dealers or third parties to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors or pricing mistakes on soltpk without reporting them promptly to support.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, suspicious betting patterns or other forms of sports integrity violations.
• Attempting to launder money or engage in any form of financial fraud through soltpk.
• Providing false identity information or using another person's identity or payment method.
• Using soltpk's platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment betting and gaming.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on soltpk – including but not limited to the website design, logo, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, data, trademarks and brand names – is the intellectual property of soltpk or its licensed providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use soltpk's platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, display, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from any soltpk content without explicit written permission from soltpk. Any unauthorised use of soltpk's intellectual property constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in legal action.

11 Privacy & Data

Soltpk collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published separately at /privacy-policy. By using soltpk, you consent to the collection, processing and storage of your personal data as described in that policy.

Soltpk uses your personal data to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, deliver promotions relevant to your activity, and comply with its legal and regulatory obligations. Soltpk does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data shared with payment processors and verification partners is limited to what is strictly necessary for those functions.

12 Responsible Gaming

SoltPK is committed to promoting responsible gaming among its players. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for some individuals and we take our obligations in this area seriously. The following tools are available to all registered soltpk players at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on how much you can deposit into your soltpk account.
• Session Timers: Receive reminders at intervals you choose so you stay aware of how long your gaming sessions last.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days) without permanent closure.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account and opt out of all soltpk marketing communications. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum of 12 months.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, soltpk's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your soltpk account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Soltpk shall not be liable for any of the following, whether direct or indirect:

• Loss of profit, revenue, winnings or anticipated savings.
• Service interruptions, technical failures, or data loss caused by events outside soltpk's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information or odds displayed on soltpk that were subsequently found to contain errors.
• Any action or inaction by a third-party payment processor affecting the speed or success of a transaction.
• Losses arising from the suspension or closure of your account in accordance with these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms limits soltpk's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Pakistani law.

14 Amendments to These Terms

Soltpk reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered players via their account dashboard or registered contact information. Your continued use of soltpk after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to check this page regularly. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using soltpk's services and close your account by contacting support.

15 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which soltpk operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of soltpk that cannot be resolved through soltpk's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.

Before escalating any dispute to legal proceedings, you agree to contact soltpk's support team and allow a reasonable period – no less than 14 days – for soltpk to investigate and respond to your complaint in good faith.
