5.1 Payment Processors

When you make a deposit or withdrawal on soltpk, your transaction data is shared with the relevant payment processor – Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, your bank for IBFT transfers, or your card network for Visa/Mastercard transactions. These parties receive only the data necessary to complete your PKR transaction and are contractually bound to protect it.

Soltpk uses third-party KYC verification services to check the identity documents submitted by players. These partners process your CNIC and related documents solely for verification purposes and are prohibited from retaining or using your data for any other purpose.

5.3 Technology and Infrastructure Providers

Soltpk's platform relies on third-party cloud hosting, analytics and security infrastructure providers. These providers may process technical and usage data on soltpk's behalf under strict data processing agreements. They do not have access to your personal identity or financial data beyond what is technically necessary for their service.

5.4 Legal and Regulatory Authorities

Soltpk may disclose your personal data to law enforcement, regulatory authorities or other government bodies when required to do so by applicable law, court order or other legal process. We will, where permitted, notify you of any such disclosure.

5.5 Business Transfers

6 Payment Data & KYC

Because soltpk operates entirely in Pakistani rupees and relies on PKR payment infrastructure, payment data is a core part of what we handle. Here is how soltpk specifically manages this sensitive category of data:

• Mobile wallet numbers (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay) are stored in masked format after a transaction is processed. The full number is not retained in soltpk's operational databases beyond what is required for withdrawal processing.
• Full card numbers are never stored by soltpk. Card payments are tokenised by our payment gateway partner and soltpk retains only a masked reference.
• CNIC copies submitted for KYC verification are stored in an encrypted document vault with access limited to authorised soltpk compliance personnel.
• Transaction histories (amounts, timestamps, payment method references) are retained for the period required by our legal obligations – a minimum of five years from the date of the transaction.

Soltpk does not display your full CNIC number or full payment method details anywhere in the player-facing account interface. If you believe any of your payment or identity data has been compromised, contact support immediately at support@soltpk.ws.

7 Cookies & Tracking Technologies

Soltpk uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate the platform, remember your preferences, keep you logged in securely, and understand how players use the site so we can improve it. Here is a breakdown of the types of cookies soltpk uses:

You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies will prevent you from logging in to soltpk and using the platform. 8 Data Retention

If soltpk discovers that a player's account was registered by someone under 18, we will close the account immediately, forfeit any balance in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, and delete any personal data collected from that individual except where retention is required for legal purposes.
